- Using a food processor or by hand process the dates into a “dough”.
- Toast the oats in a 350-degree F (176 C) oven for 10 minutes.

- Warm peanut butter and honey (or maple) in a small pan over low heat. Keep stirring and add in the Shakeology shake powder.
