Many people in the United States have taken advantage of becoming a Beachbody coach. Some do it for the great discount they receive on products, some do it so they can work for themselves and earn a commission on all their sales, and still others’ main focus is helping others be fit and aware of their nutrition. Whatever their reason, there are many that are enjoying the benefits of being aBeachbody Coach.

When you do become a Beachbody Coach, even though there are fees involved, it is well worth it. Initially, it is a $39.95 investment, but after the first month, it becomes $15.95. Your membership includes your Business Starter kit so you can get your business up and running quickly, plus the fees cover the costs of running your business. You will be earning a commission on any sales you make, so you can really benefit in getting friends and family members interested in Beachbody products. News for Becoming a Beachbody Coach in Canada

After the success of the Beachbody program in the U.S., many people in Canada are interested in signing up as well. As of February 4, 2010, the CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler, posted an update from the corporate counsel Jonathan Gelfand to let everyone know of Team Beachbody’s progress in launching this marketing business in Canada.
Mr. Gelfand explains that multilevel marketing opportunities in Canada are very highly regulated, on both the national level and on the provincial level. This means that every province needs separate approvals for which the company wishes to operate.  While this does not prohibit the Beachbody Company from doing business in Canada, it does mean that it takes a lot of extra time to get all the proper permits and approvals that are needed to operate legally.

Beachbody has taken the time to update all of their policies and procedures, compensation plan, products, supplements, catalog and their marketing materials to make sure they coincide with all of the Canadian requirements so that their review process can go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Even with this, they have been told by Canada that the process could take up to 20 months, and that does not even include all of the procedures and logistics to start-up operation once they are cleared to do so.

Beachbody understands that many are anxious to get started as a Beachbody coach, but wanted everyone to realize that the process time is out of their hands. Mr. Gelfand also wanted to thank everyone for their patience, and to make sure everyone realized that there is no reservation of spots for the Canadian opportunity, giving everyone a fair chance.
