This means that every province needs separate approvals for which the company wishes to operate.  While this does not prohibit the Beachbody Company from doing business in Canada, it does mean that it takes a lot of extra time to get all the proper permits and approvals that are needed to operate legally.

Beachbody has taken the time to update all of their policies and procedures, compensation plan, products, supplements, catalog and their marketing materials to make sure they coincide with all of the Canadian requirements so that their review process can go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Even with this, they have been told by Canada that the process could take up to 20 months, and that does not even include all of the procedures and logistics to start-up operation once they are cleared to do so.
